Welcome,
This is a progress journal about my daily life, as I follow the “Naturally Thin” lifestyle. This lifestyle is based on a plan found in the book “Naturally Thin: Unleash Your Inner Skinny Girl” by Bethany Frankle. Though I am fairly new to the program, I’m seeing some great results that I would like document. My goal is to keep this blog updated for many years, maybe even until after I graduate with my MD in the next few years. So, keep checking back often!
If you do not own the book, buy it! However, there should be some entertaining posts to those who are just “passing through” my blog for the first time. I’ll skip the long introduction into who I am, and post a little more information about where I’d like to be!

I most likely will not be posting meal plans, since the book is NOT about following a certain diet. But more so, I will post how some of the books principles are fitting into my life. Naturally Thin doesn’t just help you lose weight, it forever changes your mind into one of a sane thin person. For me, about losing 100+ pounds, I still was unsure how to think like a thin person. I may have looked “acceptable” in society, but I felt like a bit of a fake. However, since getting Naturally Thin and reading it to the end, I now have the mindset of a thin girl. I “get it” now, and this blog is about how my new mindset is shaping my life.
Enjoy!
Krissy
